Muscovy Duck & Vegetable Stir Fry

• 1 Muscovy duck breast cut into bite sized pieces (any duck will work)

• ½ cup cubed tofu

• 5-6 baby bok choy sliced lengthwise down the middle

• 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms

• ½ cup broccoli pieces

• ¼ cup chopped white onion

• ¼ cup snap or snow peas

• ¼ sliced celery 

• ¼ cup sliced carrots

• 1 tsp minced ginger root

• 3 cloves crushed garlic

• ¼ cup stir fry or hoisin sauce

• 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice

  1. Heat oil to medium high in a wok or similar pan then add duck and stir until they are no longer pink (approx. 3 mins)
  2. Add onions to meat and stir the mixture until meat browns
  3. Turn heat to high and add remaining vegetables stirring to ensure even cooking
  4. When vegetable are tender enough for your liking, add cooking sauce and serve hot with a side of steamed rice
