Seal Fettuccine



  • 300g ginguini 
  • 1 onion
  • 1 seal steak
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 chili pepper
  • ¼ cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  •  Olive oil


  1. Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water.
  2. Thinly slice the onion and the seal steak. Cook onions and steak 3-4 minutes in a medium-high heat frying pan with a big glug of olive oil. Add the garlic cloves and cook 1 minute, until fragrant, then add the crushed tomatoes and cook another 1 minute. Add cream and cook another 5 minutes. Add ½ cup of water from the pasta pot and the strained noodles, and cook together with the sauce for a minute or two.
