Sautéed Crab

This dish is crabsolutely clawsome.

  • As many fresh crab legs as you like (Dungeness, King, or Rock crab would all work)
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic

  1. Heat a large frying pan on medium-high heat
  2. Toss in the butter, crab legs, a big squeeze of lemon, and a few cloves of thinly sliced garlic.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes, until the crab is cooked through and the sauce has reduced. If the sauce is reducing too much before the crab is cooked, just top it up with a bit of water or a splash of white wine.
