Ingredients
- Seal
- 1 Tbsp bacon fat
- 1 Tomato
- ¼ cup onion
- ¼ cup peppers (sweet or bell)
- Cilantro
- Garnish with lettuce
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- ½ tsp black Pepper
- Pinch of garlic powder
- Pinch Cumin
- Dash of Paprika
- Salsa
- Seasonal Berries
Instructions
- Slice tomatoes.
- Chop a handful of cilantro.
- Turn on the burner to medium heat.
- Use 1 tbsp bacon fat and add to the pan.
- Slice up the seal meat into long narrow strips, remove fat, and mince.
- Add meat to a hot pan, with ¼ cup diced onion.
- Add 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp black pepper, pinch of garlic powder.
- Add in ¼ cup diced peppers.
- Add a pinch of cumin.
- And a few dashes of paprika.
- Mix.
- Add in a bit of bean juice from kidney beans.
- Grate a ¼ cup of cheese, and set aside.
- Place the filling into the taco shell and top with cheese.
- Squeeze some lime juice on top, and sprinkle with some lettuce and tomato.
- Spoon some salsa overtop, and add some seasonal berries. In this case blackberries.
- Finish with cilantro.
