Bachelor Style Monk Fish Curry


  • Monk Fish fillet
  • ½ Onion
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Curry sauce (korma)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Fresh Coriander


  • Cooked rice


  1. Slice one cup of cherry tomatoes in halves, and place in bowl.
  2. Chop one half of onion.
  3. Heat skillet to medium, add 2 tsp canola oil. 
  4. Add onions to skillet.
  5. Crush 2 cloves of garlic and mince, set aside. 
  6. Add tomatoes to skillet.
  7. Add garlic and korma curry sauce to skillet, and let simmer.
  8. Cut monk fish into chunks.
  9. Drizzle 1tbsp canola oil to new pan, and add fish. Cook for 2 mins.
  10. Add 1 tbsp butter to pan and cook for 1 minute.
  11. Add fish into the curry. Allow  to reduce a few minutes.
  12. Add dollop of rice, and add fish curry on top. Garnish with sprigs of coriander.
