INGREDIENTS
• 1 Muscovy duck breast cut into bite sized pieces (any duck will work)
• ½ cup cubed tofu
• 5-6 baby bok choy sliced lengthwise down the middle
• 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
• ½ cup broccoli pieces
• ¼ cup chopped white onion
• ¼ cup snap or snow peas
• ¼ sliced celery
• ¼ cup sliced carrots
• 1 tsp minced ginger root
• 3 cloves crushed garlic
• ¼ cup stir fry or hoisin sauce
• 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oil to medium high in a wok or similar pan then add duck and stir until they are no longer pink (approx. 3 mins)
- Add onions to meat and stir the mixture until meat browns
- Turn heat to high and add remaining vegetables stirring to ensure even cooking
- When vegetable are tender enough for your liking, add cooking sauce and serve hot with a side of steamed rice
